Every license plants a tree in the Deliblato Sands — Serbia's ancient sand forest, where wildfires burned thousands of hectares in summer 2026. We fund seedlings through Izobilje's Re:Generation project and publish the receipts here.

The Plywood Guarantee

If VanPlot doesn't save you at least the cost of one sheet of birch ply, email me within 14 days for a full refund — and keep your exports. Yes, even if you've logged in.

What the free trial includes

  • The full editor: every van, every component, every weight, power and cost check. There is no cut-down demo mode.
  • 15 minutes of active planning time. The timer only runs while you are editing, not while the tab sits open.
  • No card and no download. You sign in with an email address and plan in your browser.
  • Your work is saved. When the 15 minutes are up, editing stops, but your layout and every saved version stay in your account, and you can still open them in 3D.
  • Share links you made keep working after the trial ends.

Not in the trial: the exports. The Build Sheet CSV, Build Pack PDFs and shop files, 3D import and watermark-free photos need the licence. You can preview the Build Pack during the trial.

What the lifetime licence includes

  • Unlimited editing time, unlimited projects and full version history
  • Every export: the Build Sheet with a stud-level cut list, Build Pack PDFs, shop files and labels, AR and watermark-free photos
  • Weight, axle-split and centre-of-mass checks, power and insulation sizing, the cost planner
  • 3D import of your own parts and permanent remix links
  • Every van and feature I add later, at no extra cost

One payment of $39. It never renews. The first 500 licences sell at this founding price; after that new buyers pay $59, and founding buyers keep what they bought.

Refunds: the Plywood Guarantee

Within 14 days of purchase, email support@vanplot.com and I refund the full price. No reason needed. It holds even if you have logged in and planned the whole van, and you keep your exports. One refund per customer.

How payment works

Checkout runs through Polar (Polar Software Inc.), the merchant of record. Polar takes the payment, handles VAT and sales tax, and issues the receipt.

Prices include tax: $39 in US dollars or €36 in euros. The final amount is shown at checkout before you pay, and nothing is added on top.

The currency follows where you are buying from, not the language of this site. I never see your card number.

Pricing questions

Is VanPlot a subscription?

No. You pay $39 once and the licence never renews. There is no monthly or yearly plan.

Do I need a card to try it?

No. The 15-minute trial needs an email address only. A card comes up only if you choose to buy.

What happens to my layout when the trial ends?

It stays saved in your account. You can open and view it in 3D and your share links keep working; editing stops. If you buy later, you continue from where you left off.

Why do I see $39 in some places and €36 in others?

Polar sells the licence in two currencies and picks one from where you are buying. Both prices include tax, so each is the full amount you pay.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes. Polar is the seller of record and issues the receipt and invoice, with VAT shown where it applies.

What if VanPlot shuts down?

The terms commit to reasonable notice, and a fair pro-rated refund for lifetime licences bought in the 12 months before. Everything you exported is a file on your computer and stays yours.

How the price compares

Most van planners charge per year or per month. The comparison pages list their published prices, with the date they were checked.

Who makes this

I'm Vladimir. I'm planning my own conversion, and none of the tools I tried could tell me whether a layout would fit or what it would do to the rear axle, so I made this one. I work on it alone. If something's wrong or missing, write to me — the address goes to my inbox.
