If VanPlot doesn't save you at least the cost of one sheet of birch ply, you get your money back. All of it.
Buy a lifetime license, plan your whole van, export everything — and if within 14 days you decide it wasn't worth it, email us and we refund the full price. No questions, no form, no 'have you tried reinstalling'.
You keep every export: the Build Sheet, the cut list, the PNGs. They were made from your layout of your van — they're yours.
And yes: the guarantee holds even if you've logged in. We know why that sentence is in here, and so do you if you've shopped around.
How to claim it
- Email support@vanplot.com from the address you bought with, within 14 days of purchase
- 'I'd like a refund' is a complete message — a reason is welcome but never required
- The money is back on your card within 5 business days; your license deactivates, your exports don't
Why we can afford this
Because the free trial means nobody buys blind: you've already used the real editor in your browser before a card ever appears. People who upgrade know exactly what they're getting — so refunds are rare enough that being generous costs us almost nothing and tells you everything.
