There is no support team. Your note lands in my inbox the moment you send it.
Detailed feedback can get a call with me
If your note raises something I need to understand better, I may write back and ask for 15 minutes. You can also pick a slot yourself: book a 15-minute call.
Shipped requests get marked in the changelog
When a release exists because someone wrote in, its entry says “From customer feedback”. I paraphrase — I only quote you if you tick the box.

Imperial means imperial, everywhere
A US builder wrote in that with imperial switched on, some readouts were still in metres and millimetres. Fixed the same day.
